Spaghetti for a Dollar - A/V Essay

The Western is one of Hollywood's most classic genres, it has seen many iterations throughout the years, however, no rendition is as popular, as the Spaghetti Western.
This A/V Essay analyzes Sergio Leone’s “A Fistful of Dollars” (1964) through film iconography and aims to explain how this type of western pioneered the genre for decades.
This project was a part of my study abroad in Australia, where I studied elements of filmmaking such as genre, avant-garde cinema, and production.
To songwriter, singer, and producer, Riley Munoz, music is much more than a hobby.
In this podcast, I speak to Riley about one of her recent projects: "Only You". Hear about the meaning behind her lyrics, what inspired her to write it, and how she is planning on expanding.
This project was a companion piece to my short documentary, "Music Means Everything".
